Buchdahl Elected Vice-Chair of ABA's Law Practice Management Section
Moorestown, NJ, September 1, 2007: Micah U. Buchdahl, President of Moorestown, New Jersey-based HTMLawyers, Inc., a law marketing consulting company, has been elected Vice Chair of the American Bar Association’s Law Practice Management Section (ABA-LPM).
Buchdahl, a Pennsylvania-licensed attorney, continues as a member of the four-person executive board for the largest law practice management organization in the world. His present responsibilities include chairing the ABA's first-ever national law marketing conference, November 8-9, 2007 in Washington, DC.
“It continues to be an honor to serve in a leadership capacity within the ABA, and try to positively impact the future of law firm practice management and marketing," said Buchdahl, who received his J.D. from the Temple University School of Law and spends his days furthering the marketing efforts of law firms throughout the world.
With automatic succession, Buchdahl will ascend to chair ABA-LPM following the terms of current chair Vedia Richardson and chair-elect Walter Karnstein.
Recently, Buchdahl led an ABA CLE teleconference on the effects of blogs on the practice of law.
The mission of the ABA Law Practice Management Section is to provide innovative and practical information on marketing, management, technology, and finance, enabling legal professionals to better serve clients, achieve career goals, and balance their lives.
